We act regularly on Supreme Court, County Court and Magistrates' Court matters and in the numerous sections of the VCAT Civil Tribunals.

We are also extensively involved in making claims on behalf of disappointed relatives or friends who have not properly been provided for by a deceased person. We also act for the executors of deceased estates in defending claims made by others on such estates.
